Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas, 1/3 cup melted butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp baking soda, pinch salt, 1.5 cups flour.
Method: Mash bananas, mix with butter. Add sugar, egg, vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 minutes.
Ingredients: 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup milk (or almond milk), 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp honey, ice.
Method: Blend everything until smooth. Add more milk if too thick. Top with granola or chia seeds.
